The Hill, Allegria - Signature Villas

The Hill project is a part of Allegria compound developed by SODIC. SFA’s scope included the master plan revision of this 45 acres residential area, as well as proposal for its architectural design.

“Strong visual identity and a sense of community”; this is the simple statement that drove the design process. The new proposed Hill development consists of terraced gardens of diverse residential types with an overall character inspired by the traditional “Hill Town”. The contour levels and the general layout maintains a coherent visual identity and embodies a strong sense of community through a network of green pedestrian ways; suitable for jogging and other activities. The trails and terraced gardens bring together the various parts of the development and create a unique spatial experience and dynamic lifestyle within a sustainable environment.
